Sharon Koh

Sharon Koh is a Singapore-based reputation advisor with more than two decades of senior experience in brand marketing, digital communications, and crisis management across Southeast Asia.

She is the Founder and Principal Advisor of The Brand Imprint, a boutique advisory firm helping organisations, executives, and individuals protect and rebuild their reputations in the digital environment. Sharon advises brands and leadership teams on crisis preparedness, online crisis response, and the management of reputational risk on social media and digital platforms. She is particularly sought after by individuals navigating targeted online hostility, public shaming, and the human cost of digital pile-ons, guiding clients through some of the most personally difficult and publicly exposed situations they will ever face.

Her advisory practice draws on a career that includes serving as Head of Marketing at Scoot — where she led the airline’s brand and digital communications and experienced firsthand the speed and brutality of a digital crisis, and as Managing Director of Digital Studios by APRW, where she provided senior counsel to leadership teams across the region on social media strategy, digital reputation, and crisis response. Earlier career roles at Procter & Gamble and Trend Micro grounded her in global brand discipline and technology communications.
