Andreas Kern

Andreas is the founder and CEO of Rubicom, a Zurich-based communications consultancy. He brings over 20 years of experience in strategic positioning, reputation management, and crisis communications.

He has a broad network within the Swiss financial center and beyond. Before founding Rubicom, he held various management positions at Credit Suisse, including serving as Head of External Communications for Credit Suisse Switzerland and the Asset Management division. 

Prior to that, Andreas was responsible for internal and external communications for Continental Europe at the asset manager GAM. Andreas started his career in the financial sector at UBS, where he was heavily involved in crisis communications and reputation building as a media spokesperson during and after the financial crisis. He also gained extensive experience in change communications as part of a bank-wide strategy program.
